Great old movie. Been wanting to watch it again.

I hope Lio doesn’t go blind.

Is there a botanist or a gardener growing these plants? I’m interested in one.

Lio, don’t forget the first rule of triffids,

Don’t take your eye off them.

First rule, remove their stingers. Then harvest them for their green nutrient paste that can be made from them.

Looks to me as though these triffids have been engaging in some hanky-panky with giant sunflowers….

Triffids aren’t from space; they’re obviously from Wales.

That isn’t a Triffid.

To this day, David Gerrold (of “The Trouble With Tribbles” fame) still wonders how in the hell John Wyndham came up with the name “Triffid.”
