I keep lots of extra blankets just for this sort of thing. My husbands rolls and takes the blankets from me. I would get up and get a couple extras. I also had a dog to keep me warm (they put out a lot of heat!)
We’ve been married for 35 years and for 35.5 years we’ve had separate covers. Yes, you read that correctly. 1. I get hot and he wants another blanket. 2. he tosses and turns all night. In the morning, his side looks like it was in a tornado. I sleep nearly perfectly still. All I need for my side is to pull up one corner.

Have two sets of covers on the bed. Then you each have your own covers.
