My first-born grew hair everywhere right after he was born. This included his face and forehead. For a short time he looked like a little werewolf. I thought it was cute.
Then that hair died back and the normal areas kept growing.
Being the sort of anal-retentive personality that I am, I must come to Earl’s defense here. Back in the day, one shaved with a razor (straight or safety) or an electric “shaver” (how well I remember my father’s old Remington Rand; it sounded as loud and much like a badly tuned motorcycle and the lights dimmed slightly when he turned it on).

Shaver? I had Earl figured for a Dollar Shave Club kind of guy.

Probably has a safety razor. He is of that generation. Hubby uses one.

I started getting hair on my chest at fifteen. I showed my older, married brother. He said that he had some too, but he keeps them worn off.

Don’t be in such a hurry to grow up, kid! It’s not all it’s cracked up to be!

Only endocrine distruptors could cause that.

Lend him the razor. Get it right.
