Oh, phooey.
You said “what” and they heard “who”.
Fugitive food!
Catch-a-chicken-tory.
So where did that cow wander off to?
When I lived in Raleigh, NC, I would always comment that my favorite Mexican restaurant could only be “more” authentic if they had had live chickens in the kitchen.
Fried chicken to go.
They always seem to know when you’re planning on having chicken for dinner.
They always know
Um; why doesn’t she just “nuke” a bunch of “chimichangas”???
What a coincidence, I just had a cheeseburger (not the fast-food kind) for lunch!
Coincidence indeed ! We had “fresh” pan fried chicken and rice and verdes ( plantains) for our desayuno this morning.
Wife had “prepared” the hen yesterday.
We’ll have caldo de pollo ( a chicken soup ) later – although the smell of it simmering on the stove is driving me crazy, now !
I know it’s a comic strip but seriously, chickens on the kitchen counter?
Yeah.. they were on the chicken counter.
Those chickens ran away even faster than on the Swedish Chef!
