I think my legs would want to move if that was my happy memory.

@JawJacker Not a good recovery. Should have been something involving her! She’ll ask about that later in the day. Once again when you’re least expecting it. So BE READY!

My bike riding was OK until I had to go uphill. And I lived in a hilly town. I could never go downhill fast enough to coast up the next hill.

And once you learn, you never forget how.

    Works for bicycle riding, too.

When I can’t sleep at night it is because my mind won’t shut down. I recite lists in my head .

US states and capitals alphabetically, by location NE to Pacific US states and and capitals reverse alphabetically, by location Pacific to NE.

From first to last Presidents of the US (under the Constitution), Presidents of the US wives (not the same as first ladies) – DId you know know that James is the most common first name for Presidents and some version of Elizabeth or Bess the most common name for first ladies – then, of course, Presidents from last to first and President’s wives from last to first.

Royal heads of England/UK from 1066 to present.

If I run through all that, I get up and go read for a while if I still cannot sleep.
