If the goal is to get them to remember 100% of what they were originally taught, you don’t need to double the load, just increase it to 166%

@nabuq’: They don’t permanently forget. New school years start with a ‘catch up and recall’ lag, just like auto engines that sit in frigid weather for long periods. Takes a while to get the mental ‘oil’ to all the parts to remind them how they work.

Why do they still use those lines on the face to indicate “black person” when the comic strips are in color now?

You don’t need to study the stuff you’re likely to remember. You need to study the stuff you’re likely to forget. Isn’t that obvious?

You can’t just learn only the stuff you’ll remember. But doubling up the homework would allow more stuff to remember. So your logic was doomed to backfire on you.

Would have been funnier if she said, AAAnd, she doubled MY homework. This way is more true to life though, one of the things I always hated about school was getting in trouble for the stupidity of my fellow classmates. Not saying I never did bad things, I was just smart enough to not get caught, or to do it on my own time outside the classroom.
