Reality TV lost me, with their first “Survivor” show. They had a group of people competing to be the “best survivor” An announcer standing behind a podium, passed “judgements” on how they did.
Unfortunately, for them, I had to go through REAL SURVIVING in 1969. In, REAL SURVIVING, everyone cooperates together, defending and protecting each other, to minimize casualties. No one is ordering and judging from a podium. No one will be deemed “better than anyone else.” Staying alive is the only REAL VALUE.
