A visitor from the future! Well, their future. In the world of BC, they haven’t invented baby elephant vacuum cleaners, dinosaur heavy-lift cranes, foot driven school buses or pterodactyl passenger airliners yet. They barely got the wheel.

I remember reading a theory somewhere that those two took place in the same world, but B.C. was in a rural area and the Flintstones took place in a respectable-sized city.

Might they meet a ‘purple Barney’ one day?

I was wandering about a crossover, but thought perhaps I’d missed it.

Barney looks taller, unless Fred is a giant to even the BC crew.

I always considered The Flintstones to be more evolutionary advanced then B.C. and his fellow characters.

I know it from The Fellowship of the Ring:
