Smaller eggs taste better.
Pigeon eggs are smaller, but it takes a whole lot to make an omelet. And they don’t taste as good to me.
Good thinking Ruthie - We sure don’t want any eggs from China!
yeah, david, they probably have lead in them anyway
How come the shopping cart doesn’t have a small area in the front that folds?
I only buy eggs from a local source who can be held responsible for any infections on their farms, so they are very careful to keep their product safe. They also have a group that is given premium feed so that eggs are more rich in Omega 3s.
