One of my cousins asked his dad to buy him a balloon, and when the answer was No, he sat down on the curb and refused to watch the parade.

Are we having fun yet?

Not his fingernails. His arm. This is serious stuff.

I’m with Petey on this one—any parade longer than 30 minutes makes me want to chew my arm off, too.

I’ve actually seen this happen. The poor kid was on a bike a bit too big and had to be pushed..and the decorations may not have fallen off but didn’t look fresh anymore

Love it! This is the Anti-Norman Rockwell family. A perfect depiction of a typical american family; hilarious, heartwarming and true. Fantasy never measures up to reality.
