Something Awful is the name of a website. That’s why the name is capitalized. You should check out the comic strip topic in their forum.

I think Vlad would look better in the long velour overcoat, bell bottoms and platform shoes than the jumpsuit.

This reminds me a lot of that great 1988 International Rocketship short, Dog Brain.

It was produced by Marv Newland, the guy who did Bambi Meets Godzilla.
