    Actually, red pepper jelly is really good on pork. Or go for the hot jalapeno pepper jelly if you like a little heat.

    Even though Baldo is being a good big brother with his save, it still reminds me of the old camping rule that whoever complains about the meal gets to cook the next one. I remember a Walt Kelly Pogo strip where Albert the Alligator complains about his food, then adds, “Good though.”

    The pulled pork and jelly part sounds great. The sriracha part seems… odd. I would have done chili garlic sauce! (You know, the kimd with the rooster on it at the Asian restaurants! A little goes a long way.)
