Five-year-old children who have no idea what is going on are being dragged into immigration courts and immigration judges are following Trump administration orders that they are not entitled to be represented by legal counsel unless these five-year-olds can afford to pay for them themselves.

These are CHILDREN, including BABIES and other “tender age” kidnap victims, many of whom were ripped from parents who were LEGALLY applying for asylum.

The Trump administration is guilty of CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.

Well, a five year old who speaks no English should be able to represent herself as well as Trump could on his own, right?

So when Il Douche said we’d be winning, was he referring to a shame and embarrassment contest we didn’t know we were competing in?

Trump should be tried for crimes not committed by himself personally (if any such can be found), in a court which does not speak English (his “native language”), but with only a 5-year-old who also doesn’t speak the court’s language allowed to argue his defense.

(At first, I was going to suggest that Trump’s son Bannon be his lawyer, but Bannon may already be old enough to understand what would be happening.)

This is really insane. I can’t imagine any decent person who would allow this to happen. A hearing were a child is expected to represent themselves before the court shows how dysfunctional, inhumane and nasty our immigrations policy under Trump has become. I simply don’t understand how anyone could support such an insane concept.

One question… if all the trolls think this is just HORRIBLE when Obama was doing it, then why aren’t they pressing for Donnie to END THE PROGRAM, rather then EXPANDING IT? If it was awful under Obama, isn’t it WORSE under Trump After all, he wants to get rid of EVERYTHING ELSE Obama did, so why not THIS??? I’ll be waiting to hear your excuses…er…“Explanations”.

It’s interesting that SFGator not only condones, but supports continued abuse by ICE by justifying that it isn’t as bad as what the child endured before coming here. That is what’s known as a criminal thinking error.

SFCGATOR’s links (in reply to self) are ridiculous. Those that reply to SFC have pushed it to “featured comment”.

First link starts out with a claim that Obama separated children from parents. But when you read through the article they Herman Cain it “not that i have any facts to back it up, but….”.

The second link describes actions that SFC should be applauding. Liberals and immigration support groups condemned it at the time (even says it in the link about the latter) but SFC continues with the “Obama did it” like that is an excuse for worse behavior by Trump.

The third link describes Obama going to CONGRESS about it.
