Today’s strip is kinda confusing. Does he mean the lettuce is coming along like gardeners mean it is growing tall and fast, or does he mean like a pirate he is going to pilfer the lettuce and take it back to his ship with him as the treasure? Is that why they are battling?
Anyone feel like a joke today? “My Uncle Bert had to be committed to an insane asylum. It’s sad—he thinks he’s a spoon. Doctors there say he’s gone stir crazy!”
