Just agree it wasn’t interesting earlier.

If you want some attention Janis just slip on a little negligee and walk in front of the tv. An old girlfriend did this to me during one of the Super Bowls. I missed the entire second half!

Remember Janis, there’s no crying in, or about baseball.

Remember when we skipped the first couple of days of school to watch/listen to/ go see the World Series? Now, you can go Christmas shopping, watch football, and see the Series all in the same week.

I follow the Reds a little. It stopped being interesting in mid-April.

If you’re a Royals fan it is really uninteresting this year.

baseball stopped being interesting the year they struck the entire season….haven’t watched a single inning of it since, and haven’t missed it at all.

Baseball is interesting in December, due to the free agent signings and what might be. Baseball is interesting in January, due to the arguments over who should have been elected to the HOF. Baseball is interesting in February, when catchers and pitchers report. It is the perfect analogue for life itself, hope springs eternal, and there is always a fresh start available. Wait until next year.

The baseball season is like a basketball game; there’s no reason anything but the last 5 minutes.

Well, Janis, you could take off all your clothes and stand in front of the TV. If Arlo tries to look around you at the game, you’ll know he’s not interested in you.

Just hang around. Basketball is about ready to start and they haven’t stopped reporting on last season. It’s almost year round as it is.

Since I was a kid (long time ago!), I was a die-hard Red Sox fan. Then they won the World Series in 2004 – I don’t think I’ve watched a complete game since then.
