School has already started last week for me. :(

Who else in the streets would panic that school starts three weeks from then?

Actually, it’s either next week or about two weeks from today around here that I expect it to start. If I were still in high school, two weeks from today would be right. But now, might be next week for all I know.

3 weeks are a lot of time, Sally. I can’t imagine her reaction last day.

Panic in the sheets!

It’s even worse when school starts in August.

I never panicked until it was time to go.

Panic? Don’t you mean Joy?

Why panic in the streets, when you can panic just as well at home?

If someone woke me up like that, there would be panic in the ICU. Can’t imagine that’s too good for the ol’ heart.

Widespread Panic

I love living in Florida. Kids are already back to school by the middle of August. No more waiting for after Labor Day like in the northeast.

The sky is falling! I must warn the king!

Sally is not meant to be in school, Instituionalized maybe, but not school.

Yeah, because she’s screaming as a mad kid.

Dogs and cats living together! Mass hysteria!

I’m smiling cause I don’t have to go!

“Panic in the Streets” was a quite good Elia Kazan-directed movie from 1950. Maybe Sally had seen it.

I quote this one all the time! “Panic is the Streets” is suitable for all occasions :-)

School started here 3 days ago – sorry, Sally.

I never told my grade school kids how close it was to school starting time. And they never asked.

I recall August 1986, the weekend before Labor Day weekend. A fun weekend at the beach in Lauderdale.

Emehrgancy! Everybody to get from street!

That’s how I felt back in my school days!

I used to feel same way Sally feels. Labor day was torture for me. That was thirty years ago!

I feel like that too!
