More like a runaway ear! At least if you yell at a runaway ear, it can hear you.

Ah yes, I see it is his missing ear.

My right ear might as well run away - as much as I can hear on that side. On the other hand, it balances out my head. At least the visible part.

And Another Thing Dept.: If Wise Blood wasn’t the best example of Southern Gothic, it at at least gave Faulkner, Welty and Percy a run for their money. Why is it that the Flannery O’Connors and John Kennedy Tooles of this world leave us too soon?

Well, Teresa, I’m back home and getting caught up on the blog, and wanted to thank you for the Pearls/Pastis videos - they were great. Now I’ll keep going; there HAS to be Fishnet Fridays somewhere…

Neither casinos nor fish, st2 - I needed some salt air time so I went over to Eureka for a while. I’ve always liked the ocean and its beaches in the rain…

I read the back story on the Flashmob, sent to me by our own Ray_C. The lead soprano was very nervous while she was waiting to start, so she called her sister on her cellphone, and held on to it the whole time that she was singing. This all took place at a mall in Canada. If I remember right, the coral group is the Niagara Chorus.
