What’s important about these things is the truth, which according to sally, is no problem to her

I think that was pretty self-explanatory, Sally.

Excellent prelude Sally, but I don’t think your teachers understand this art.

I just love reading the Peanuts strips with little Sally’s rants! I love it, I love it, I love it! Now for the rest of the comic…

The only thing Sally hates worse than school, is school work!

I’m not quite fond of English themes, either.

Maybe she should try being a mime??? There would be no English then.

To reply to Nyckname’s comment from yesterday, since population statistics were kept, the world’s population has doubled about every 75 years in the last 200. Using twice that time span, starting with 6 people in 3000+ BC would end up with around 6.5 billion today, so it is possible.

I always wanted to write funny answers to questions I didn’t know. I did once. The teacher was not amused..

How long will it be until this cartoon will not be readable by most people because it is in cursive.

In a science class back in highschool, a kid who always did lousy on the tests did great, and the teacher suspected cheating. The kid didn’t want to take it over—after all, possibly he was just lucky, and you can’t trust to luck very often. I’d had a perfect score (he said modestly……..), and the teacher asked me to take it over to prove that I could get about the same score the second time around. To be funny, I deliberately got every answer wrong. The teacher (one of my favorites in all of grade school, highschool, or college) realized I was joking around, but he was disappointed in me. I can remember that all these mumble mumble decades later.

I taught high school and college English for thirty years. The only thing worse than writing a theme is evaluating one.
