Yeah, I was once that kind of plugger before the advent of DVDs and Blu-rays (and Netflix itself).

This is the reason to not put a lot of money into the latest new gizzmo for it will soon become the old gizzmo……….value lost :-(

A few years ago, I started trying to get copies of all the movies I remembered from my childhood that ment something to me. The toughest one was “Robinson Crusoe on Mars”. The reason was that at that time the only decent copy was on laserdisc. So, I went that way. And now I have a large collection of movies on that obsolete technology!

Once again I fail a Plugger test.

Several years ago I learned how to repair VCRs to keep mine working and save money at the repair shop. Most VCR problems stem from keeping it clean and the stretching of the rubber drive belts.

Oh no, I know this movie is nearly 20 years old at this point but it’s still avant-garde weirdness and pluggers will not be able to handle it. Abort, plugger, abort! Reruns of Matlock are on all afternoon, why not settle in for them instead?
