I guess cannonballs are out of the question now.

I wore an eyepatch last year for medical reasons. A couple of kids asked if I was a pirate, and with a grin, I replied that I don’t even pirate movies.

That hot parking lot must be tough on the tootsies!

An entire swimming pool story arc, and not ONE swimsuit pic of Fritzi! Olivia, I am disappoint’. (Not surprised, mind you. Just disappoint’.)

The painted lines are the one cool-ish place to walk on hot asphalt!

I really like “pirate” Nancy!

An eye patch may look “cool” but it plays havoc with your perspective. Why I am glad I can still see enough out of my right eye to still have stereoscopic vision.

She should’ve left them alone at the pool. Falling into the “drink” is much safer than landing in the hot tar in the parking lot!

To Miss Jaimes: I hope you don’t reboot the Alley Oop strip for 2019 if you become the new artist. But I wish you agreed with the Charles M. Schulz estate to reboot Peanuts in time for the strip’s 70th. anniversary.

I said it before and I’ll say it again, kids are cuter barefoot. I’m sure their soles are toughened enough to stand a little heat.

Something I would expect actual kids to do on their time off from school. Good gag, and well-done. Except for that skewed diving board.
