Judging by what I have seen at grocery checkouts, there seems to be a faction of people, who think Hollywood is another “planet.” Sorry, but I find the stars in the sky far more interesting than the “stars” in that checkout counter trash.

They could all go supernova, except maybe Tara.

Wait a minute. Tara Reid beat out Snooki?

I had to look her up.

That said, Scott Hilburn is not any kind of star, but he is obviously too dim to have come up with a funny idea for today, so he decided instead to go with a cheap shot at, basically, one of the unpopular kids. If this is ugly and wrong when it comes from a 3rd-grader, it’s all the worse coming from a 47 year old man. (I had to look him up, too.) It’s bad enough for me to think … have any of his strips been so funny I still remember them? No. Why am I still following this strip, then. Well … I’m not.

Most “stars” seem pretty dull to me. Never heard of most of them.

That’d be about 90% of Hollywood.

She seems to have made a success of her life, although it may not be the success many have in mind. She has a career and seems happy. What else would you like?

This is just too mean-spirited to be funny.

Scott, that is just mean. Be better than this! You could have made up a name.

Even if she’s only remembered for “Sharknado” , more folks will recognize her name before SH. Don’t throw mud when you’re at the bottom, it comes right back down.

Hollywood is a black hole made up of dim stars. The Kardashians are an entire galaxy of their own.

Wonder what grudge the author has against her? With a net worth over $2,000,000 I wouldn’t call her dim.

There’s an old Hollywood byword, “I don’t care what you say about me, just spell my name right!” No publicity is bad publicity. Possibly no one would have complained if Don Rickles (RIP) had told this joke. Including Tara Reid.

Without going to the internet, I have to admit that I don’t know her…but I’ll be she has never heard of me, either.

I heard of her but couldn’t place her without looking. Anyway, this isn’t the first time Scott’s tried biting humor.

Mr. Hilburn has slammed many actors, actresses, athletes and other celebrities in the past. It wouldn’t be cruel or a cheap shot unless she had some sort of physical impairment. If you don’t like his brand of humor, move on.
