Leave a dead animal in it for a while and let that smell drown out the spoiled milk smell.

If the milk was only on the seat, the first thing I would do is go to a salvage yard and try to find another one. If I couldn’t locate one there, see about ordering a new one. Once I have a replacement, swap them out.

Hubby’s nephew washed all of his football equipment, tossed it into the car, and left for Germany. We piled in a ton of charcoal and left the windows open as much as possible.

Had a gallon milk bottle shatter in my car. Took a dozen cleanings to reduce it to tolerable.

Another reason Uber charges a fortune if a client vomits in one of their drivers’ cars.

Just don’t leave the windows open to let it air out if you have cats. The only thing worse than sour milk is sour milk combined with cat piss. I would have sold the car, but who’d buy it.

Torch the car, salt the ground, then nuke the driveway from orbit—it’s the only way to be sure.

Had that happen in the back seat of my old Celica. I saturated the seat with Lysol and that ended the problem.

Like David_42, we had a gallon of milk break in the car. It took lots and lots of baking soda to neutralize the smell and several washings but it came out.

Mythbusters did it to a Corvette. When they removed the pigs, they tried clean the car interior. The slime from the pigs permeated all of the seams and cracks and crevices in the interior of the car. They were not very successful with removing the smell. The eventually sold the car to someone who was buying it for parts.
