    sodium aluminum phosphate is what’s used in baking powders. you would have flat cookies without it. Thiamine mononitrate is vitamin B1 found in whole grains and beans. Butylated Hydroxytoluene, or BHT is an antioxidant food additive used widely in the US and Europe. How about Alpha-linolenic acid, Ferulic acid and Isoquercetin?
