Of course with Ludwig. Do you think cats can’t talk to us? You haven’t been listening!

Doesn’t everybody?

It’s nice to be able to find someone with whom you can have an intelligent conversation.

my cat refers to me as dufus

I talk with my cat all the time. She tells me exactly what she wants – usually walks outside on the grounds. I argue sometimes; sometimes she accedes, sometimes I surrender!

His eyes and her eyes are an art to themselves

Translation:“Sure, talk with the cat while I can barely get you to talk to me!”

Arlo was trying to remind Ludwig that Halloween was coming and wondered what his costume would be.

P.S. Just yesterday I wrote that women listen with both ears. Today reinforces that point.

I didn’t realize that Arlo spoke “cat”.

I talk to my cat all the time, but unlike most cats, ours does not lay on my lap and purr, all he does is sit in the floor and stare at me and flip his tail like he is getting ready to attack. I would love to have a lap cat but not gonna happen.

Luddie doesn’t poop on Arlo’s ideas.

I thought he had to wait until Christmas Eve to have that conversation.

Today’s strip is definitely the cat’s meow.

Yeah, “with” Ludwig. The best part is that Ludwig doesn’t talk back.

My little critter and I converse a lot (that’s her @ left). She can’t speak English but can understand a lot of words. I can’t speak Dog but understand a lot of her body language. We have good “talks”!

I don’t know what Arlo has been saying to him, but, to me, Ludwig looks slightly alarmed.

Luddie has some ideas about the space/time continuum.
