You may have to move to other countries to find your elders, Earl!

I know the feeling.

Ughhhh, I know how you feel Earl, it’s sad when everyone you see is younger than you and you don’t know that many people who are older.

I check the obits and rarely find someone I worked with. I’m 89.

You are the elder now, Earl!

Yes the clock only goes in one direction …..

I see somebody older than me, every time I look in the mirror.

I don’t like being referred to as “that elderly guy” but it beats being referred to as the “ late guy “.

I don’t expect younger people to respect older ones (I’m 66), just because they are old. Respect has to be earned.

My grandmother used to be the matriarch of the family, then my mother became the titular head. Now a cousin and me are considered the clan “Elders” !

Just move into Terwilliger Plaza with me, I see plenty of elders every day in the halls. I’m a youngster at 76.

My mom is 85 & can run my wheels off. She plans on living to at least 100 & “being a problem to her children.” Since we come from a long-lived family, I’d say she has a pretty decent chance of that…

Why this is practically the same as a Pluggers strip a few weeks ago. The last line was identical.

The immortal ones in our midst are the eldest, but they look 25!

I’m not at that age yet only 61, but find it “strange” to look at passing strangers and think how old they look, only to realize that I might actually be older than they are.
