In our 7th grade “new math” class, we had one student who always answered when the answer was { }. He would say in his dopey-est voice “the emp-ty set!”
To Daddy, nothing is surprising.
Guess he hates surprises. And probably everything else.
“Nothing” is properly an instance of Case 2: Not-Socks. He shouldn’t have been surprised.
