I have an unexplainable urge to propose to a pickle

Is that guy getting something OUT of the medicine cabinet or fixing the cabinet door. That’s the only part of this “rebus” holding me up. I’m also a little mystified about the bloody finger pointing at that butt crack.

There are no defects in nature or art, only a break down of the subliminal rebus apparatus of the surveillance pickle.

A -7 on the pickle scale is pretty low. How long before the Keister Sirens start to sound off?
