How about “they have rats in the Seine as big as Volkswagens”? It’s a more complete non sequitur and doesn’t require any complicated framing. (Bonus points if you remember where this comes from.)
New York City! Wow just as I imagined it, sky scrappers, businesses, gangs selling dope, hookers walking on corners, Time Square, rats disguised as pigeons, Yankee Stadium, smelly sewers, even pigeons in Central Park….hey man take this bag of popcorn, go cross the street, oh man, I don’t know. I don’t know. Get in the cell #$#, man you dirty rat……..
The negetive space created by what’s left of the photo looks like some kind of geisha-esque mermaid. So far from home; another Froglandian misfit I guess.
As long as you’re not doing it to slander bats! I am a huge fan of bats, which do so much good, eating millions of insects, pollinating, etc. And they are cute, too.

What kind of winged rats are we speaking of?
Gutter rats? Beach rats? Tree rats?

Hey, this is recycled art. Taking a little holiday reprieve, Ms. T? The rat thing is new, however, so only partial demerits are made against TeeBee.

The spirographically challenged scribble that keeps appearing seems to be calling out for a name. Buffy? Nebbish Nonesuch? Tommy?

I love pigeons. And no, it’s not because they taste like chicken. It’s because Mary Poppins.

Froglandia needs more bats.
