I wonder if Vitamin Flintheart is getting a little senile. This can’t be his first musical. We saw him singing in Mister Magoo’s Christmas Carol just three years ago and he called it a musical himself. See December 21, 2015.
Let’s see…Fearless Fosdick teams with Tracy in a (bad) dream…Adam Austin (Lafayette’s brother) writes a series of Dick Tracy “mirror universe” novels, one of which is turned into a movie…and now J. Straightedge Trustworthy will be on the stage! Any parodys left for a TV show? LOL
Uh-oh. Do we have to listen to Vitamin sing on stage for the first time in his long career?! —And, even worse, about that comic strip detective with the pointy chin? Maybe he will turn out to be a great show tune stylist; or maybe not….
Let’s all get our Opening Night tickets! Mr. Firstnighter!

He may be referring to his very first musical and this is a reprise of it in his golden years.

Is Kandikane shooting an Argus C3? Looks like she’s setting the shutter.

I was wondering if I should be happy there is no sound in comics?

“Chin of steel”? Eh, your chin’s OK Flintheart, but you’re no Bruce Campbell…
Ray Toler about 6 years ago
By the way, do we know the name of the director?
(I have been involved with more professional plays than I can count and I have never seen a director wearing the stereotypical beret).

Vitamin is old enough that he might have known Gilbert and Sullivan personally.

Am I the only one hoping Baby Flintheart makes his/her debut on Opening Night?
Cheapskate0 about 6 years ago
Ray Toler said it above (to Don Bagert), and I second the emotion!
ENOUGH WITH THE COSPLAYS! Enough of the plot lines of people dressed up like Tracy or his fiends!
Enough already!
