Hey! I don’t even have a first birdhouse; just a hummingbird feeder! :-)

And you failed to take out permits.

I got permits and built a shed. A month later the county came out and confirmed that it was a shed; no power, water, heat, toilets, kitchen, bathrooms, or 2 car garage like some have tried to pass for a shed.

Not my fault; they’re squatters.

Next time, just make a little birdhouse in your soul.

Shhh! I don’t want my HOA to find out.

What’s sad is, this is close to the truth.

Never mind the bird house, you will see a SLIGHT increase in your bill this year because of the new high school that was built last year and the assessment for the new high school.

He also has a rat condo that they don’t know about…
