To those who criticize the timing, at least the holiday is acknowledged… what other strips that are not specifically “Jewish” strips even mention it? No big deal…
Ah. One of the many reasons for the term, “Happy Holidays”. Beats the gorram hell out of saying “Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Saturnalia, New Years, and any others I forgot!”
This could not be read in Durham, NH. They don’t even want to light a Christmas tree because it only pushes one faith and might offend. They declined a Menorah for the same reason.
What in the hell is wrong with people and society today? It’s like an entire demographic is looking to be upset about something.
