Just for excitement, Todd puts in a big bedspread that he’s sure will get it out of balance and bouncing all around. Wheeee!

Yeah, it’s better than most of what’s on.

Todd prefers watching, or is that washing “colors” as he finds “whites” very bland.

Maybe the entertainment is in the thought that he put Thelma’s whites in with his new red sweater.

My parents had a Bendix washing machine back in the dark ages. It had a window in the front, and we did all sit there the first dozen times and watch.

There was no tv then.

Hey…. I count it as a gift that I’m firmly ensconced amongst the “easily amused.”

Who needs to experience boredom and discontent?

A favorite compliment I’ve savored for many years was meant to be a joking insult….

when I showed a friend how to do a silly trick with paperclips or something,

Perhaps he’s just killing time while he waits.

He needs better lighting for that sewing thing, I think.

Last time i checked into cable they wanted $80 a month from me.

Cable prices are so high, that’s about all that retirees can afford.
