Very irritating, Charlie Brown!

I know a guy like that. You put on a song (or even more, if you start to sing a song) and he’ll sing something completely different!

Years later, Charlie Brown sang, “De do de do. De da da da. That’s all I want to say to you.”

Songs used to have lyrics like that, e.g. “bomp bah bomp bah bomp”, “rama lama ding dong”, “bop shoo bop shoo bop”, “dip da dip da dip” or “boogity boogity boogityboogity boogity boogity shoo”. (That’s pretty much the lyrics to an entire song).

A guy I knew had a line he’d use when people would do that.

“You know why that guy on the radio sang that song?”

“No, why?”

“So you wouldn’t have to!”

Vi didn’t like Charlie Brown’s rendition.

It sounds like Charlie Brown is using the “think system”

I used to sing along to songs. A friend asked “who sings this?” once. I told her the band’s name. She said “then let them do it”. I still sing along. And we are no longer friends. Hehehe
