I’d like to see Lucy with the sitter and Linus with the mother.

Now try and imagine if the middle two panels had the adult sounding like ANY adult from ANY Peanuts TV special: “Wah Wa Wa Wah Wa Wa.” Go ahead… make up your own storyline and have it make sense for the last panel. Let’s see who can write for a cartoon strip. Whoever gets the most likes, ‘wins’ a fabulous ‘no prize’.

Linus rides on the back of his mother’s bike, so probably him!

Sitter will settle it: “I am not watching Lucy again!

Sorta might depend on whom Mom is going to visit—the nice lady who gives me fresh baked cookies and milk or the grumpy ol’ accountant who smokes smelly cigars and gives me a stale cracker.

“Funny, mommy usually sounds more like a muted trombone…”

Hmmm, this depends on if Mrs. Van Pelt is into biking at this point as she will be with Rerun and if so then if the is to bike over there. Both may be point to the other as the one to be tortured by the ride while staying home with the sitter will be safer.

Seems strange to leave one at home. But maybe even mom knows how offensive Lucy is.

At least Rosalyn wasn’t born yet…..
