Since the Crocodiles all speak with a southern accent, they must be American crocodiles. Since zebras don’t normally live in the Americas, they are not a normal part of the Crocodiles’ diet.
I’m from the south and the only ones that speak like that are the arrogant actors that attempt to speak with a southern accent. The way he speak reminds me of a New Jersey or New York accent.
I started reading this strip when I lived in Lafayette, Louisiana, home of Cajuns. Everyone there sounded just like this, was very entertaining to have conversations with them.
