Rather soft landing for that meteor……….I guess he was lucky.

That meteor strike was….underwhelming. Must be made of NERF.

Jackpot, that thing will be valuable to museums, collectors etc etc

Some would accuse Monty of confirmation bias. (Not me though. I just accuse him of ignorance and superstition.)

The scientific portion of my brain is yelling all kinds of stuff about inaccuracies. Still, the rest is enjoying the joke.

Impressive strength in that coin. Able to delay the impact so the force is limited to just around the crater making it so nothing else is destroyed.

if it were a lucky penny, it would have the meteor falling in his neighbor’s yard….

And we would have never seen it coming in 3 panels. I’m down with the unobtainium post, it’s floating and then burned its crater into the lawn. Monty will never have to work again, he can pal around with Sedgie.

Interesting. I’ve never been anywhere near that close to a meteorite strike. Are you really sure that’s a lucky penny, Monty?
