If somebody staying with me — even a parent — threw a party of any kind at my house without clearing it with me first, well, they wouldn’t like the results. Everybody at the party would be told that the party was being held without my permission and that they need to leave — now. If somebody protested I’d tell them that since they were there without my permission they were technically trespassing. However, I’d be polite towards the attendees because they were innocent.
Given that this case it was her Dad (who’s a jerk to begin with) who threw the party I would tell him he had to leave and find someplace else to live. I have to be able to trust guests, and he clearly cannot be trusted.
He should have stayed in his own house. Mom and Dad need to be more respectful of each other. They can each have their party while the other goes somewhere else for the evening. “My way or the highway” attitude never ends well.
