A little tough guy in a cap.

    Don’t let him jar you…

Aw, c’mon. #2 …. standing there so wooden.

Don’t you have any graph fight left in ya?

Are ya too yellow to get your point across?

    And you, his pal…

    can’t you clip ’im?

Sheesh. No wonder you’ve both been stuck in desk jobs.

    Hmm….

    “Velmer” …instead of Elmer’s?

The name might be an homage to Wilmer…. the little henchman in “The Maltese Falcon.”

I know it’s a stretch… but so is robber cement.

Everybody in that film did have sticky fingers,

Both of them can be useful when a tube of glue is clogged. The robber cement has no shame.

Well, so much for the separation of entities in the old childhood taunt, “I am rubber, you are glue…”

At least when he’s caught, they should be able to get the charges to stick.
