    I see Texans as our long-lost Tennessee cousins. After all, in the war for independence, the bulk of the fighting against Santa Ana’s army was done by Tennesseeans and and Mexicans – thus, Texans.

    Since gas is over 3.20 and heading to 4 I suspect more than Texas will be toast before too long. When you elected those repubs, I guess you forgot they always give their masters what they want.

    I draw Strange Brew , and this one is a recent favorite ( I lived in Texas for several years ). My older brother, Milo, a studio musician and Dallas resident, has lived there since ‘73. BTW, check out his videos on YOUTUBE. One of the best is a steel guitar tutorial called “Milo builds a turkey in the straw”.
