There is a natural ebb-and-flow to business, as well as sports. That is why one coach yells at players during a slump and their game improves, while another coach is patient and encouraging until their game improves. Some coaches do nothing and, yep, the game improves. I’m talking about general group performance; there are individual exceptions.
