Got a letter from a law firm a few years ago about a company I had stock in. “We’ve filed a class action suit against xx xxx but we don’t expect there to be any money left over after expenses.” Wha?
Unfortunately, rather than expect their kids to study or do their work, many parents will threaten to sue a school for their kids’ failing grade. I’ve seen it at both the high school and university level.

We are very close to obliterating the principle of personal responsibility.
