I have around 100 bookmarks. I display many of them in my “library” (just the spare bedroom lined with cheap bookshelves). I use them daily, and make sure all of them “have a turn”. It’s getting more difficult to find bookmarks though. I usually find ones I already have, and new ones are few and far between.

So…. to be kind to your bookmark….
and not break its heart….

It sucks to be a bookmark. You just sit there while they turn over a new leaf…

You could try having coffee with something like “Two Hundred Speeches by Minor Politicians” and you’d be in a relationship for life.

Don’t most people who use bookmarks just transfer them to the next book? I’ve had multi-year relationships with a few.
