So this is how the rock and ventriloquist gag started.

It’s a skull, all right…observe the poorly drawn teeth on the bottom of the poorly drawn skull….also, poorly colored, if you ask me!

Looks to me like Peter simply arranged rocks to suggest a skull for the schtick. For stand up comedy, simple is better

I was struggling to work this one out. So, Peter has drawn a skull onto a rock? Used some smaller stones for teeth?
