Info for Pennsylvanians: You probably know that PA no longer issues registration stickers for license plates. But how do they enforce current registrations? Because the police cars now contain automatic license plate readers that constantly look up all the license plates they scan. (I found this out after I rented a car and within ten minutes was pulled over for a “dead” license plate.)
