    mashed rutabaga is delicious, mixed with mashed potato it makes a great latke like patty for a breakfast side.

    It’s all in the name and presentation: what’s rutabaga in French? Italian? Honestly, when I read the donna Leone books and come across their meals, they sound so appetizing. Imagine my surprise when I go out to the web and find they’re having ham and cheese sandwiches. . .
