New pajamas! Nope, nope, nope. You need old, well worn but still intact soft cotton jammies.

Weekend plan – I work all weekend. And we can’t wear pajamas at work.

‘Feed the cat’ is implied, several times.

At my age, I have many small injuries. If I don’t work out, they get worse. Auntie’s plan sounds nice, but include a workout for your specific problems. Youtube videos will show you how.
