It could be worse-last week I used soft tortilla shells, lined them with chili sauce, shredded cheese and a ton of onions, kinda messy but they tasted good.
We never had hot dog or hamburger buns at home. Bread was cheaper. I was 7 or 8 years old before I discovered you could buy them in the grocery store. I thought they were only available to hot dog wagons and burger joints.
once it was lunch and my babysitter said “your parents said to give you this.” and infront of me was a poor sausage wobbling around on a piece of bread and behind her I could see the buns and the weiners.
