    Kinda sad actually. A young animal taken away like that may not be able to return to mom and nature. In some cases they are destroyed, as screwed as that sounds.

    Had a visit from a cub a few weeks ago, found the buffet at my bird feeders. Mom was sitting and watching about 100 feet away, eternally vigilant.
