I bet it’s off the charts. John Johnson was the real life Mountain Man that Robert Redford used to portray Jeremiah Johnson in that nearly 50 year old movie by that name. His trademark in his vendetta against the Crow Tribe was to cut out the liver of his victims and eat it so they knew he was the one responsible. That organ is full of cholesterol.
