Makes sense. With rising water levels, a high rise is just the answer….
Conclusion…I’m stumped by their behavior.
They’re building a replica of the UN Building: aka – The Tower of Babel
Hope they got a building permit and they’re gonna be disappointed when they find out this area is zoned for residential, with a two floor limit.
I’d like to see them play Jenga.
Building up, in expectations of rising real estate costs.
